I'm going to open my first one this weekend. It's just a Coopers extract kit, but it's beer and I didnt have to carry it home from the store, and I wont have to carry the empties back to get my container deposit back.

In hindsight, I'm glad I bottled my first batch in Grolsch bottles--I did it just to avoid capping (which turns out not to be a big deal), but what a satisfying pop! that was.
