Hi everyone. I just started making my own wine and have already made the apfelwein and skeeter pee and it has been a blast. Yesterday I noticed that Publix had buy 1 get 1 of Northlands Cranberry Raspberry juice so I figured why not. Has anyone every tried this? Hope it turns out good.
My recipe: 1 Gallon Northlands Cranberry Raspberry juice
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutrient
O.G. 1.078
I'm not sure that the nutrient was needed it is going like crazy!
