I just had the best Sunday of my life this past weekend. I had my wife and a couple buddies over to cheer me on as I attempted to brew my first partial mash Coopers Stout...I'm so excited to see the fermentation "do its thing"...the blow out tube and bucket have started to become very active in the last couple hours, and I love it.
