Just started brewing last Sunday. I have a 2 friends that brew. They both brew AG, so that's what I started with. Made my first batch on the 8th. I hit a few road bumps here and there but everything turned out better than I figured it would. I did a American Wheat to start with. Messed up my sparge, mashed at 150, and only ended up with 4gallons. SG was 1.050 to start and after 4 days primary I'm at 1.010 and it's in the secondary. I'm just going to sit back and let it work it's magic and hope for the best. Next brew will go much smoother I'm sure. So far I'm really enjoying brewing and will probably never stop. Looking forward to learning as much as I can here at HBT.
