Out of curiosity, if I brewed up a dunkleweizen, and neglected to add any chocolate wheat, what would you call it? The color came out around 13 SRM, or roughly the color of an Alt.

It's a bit of a stretch, but maybe Dog-Safe Dunkel, as the chocolate has been removed.

Sorry, best I could do on short notice.

3 lbs Pils (31.58%)
3 lbs Wheat (31.58%)
1 lb Crystal 120L (10.53%)
1 lb Munich (10.53%)
1 lb Flaked Wheat (10.53%)
8 oz Aromatic Malt (5.26%)

I was going to add 8 oz of Chocolate Wheat on top of this, but managed to forget to add it to my Brewsmith recipe, and thus never printed it out on my recipe. I might have noticed, too, had I not been juggling my toddler while trying to measure and grind the grains at the store!
