Ninkasi beers used to be incredibly variable. One batch would be great, another so loaded with diacetyl that you'd think you were eating movie popcorn. Their new system has helped their quality a lot.

good to know they could do that and still be so successful. Must be something in the water
 
This came out a little on the sweet side which I like but fair warning to you if you like a dryer style!
