Figured I'd finally start posting. I've been lurking these forums since I started, it's due time for me to actually start talking/typing. Brief intro...
I started brewing about a year ago, but have been observing and helping others for several. After expressing interest, my aunt (who also brews) bought me an equipment kit and it all went downhill (or uphill, depending on how you look at it) from there.
I started off by making a few batches of cider, due to the ease of it all (less steps and worry in general). But I do love me some beer, so I started on that recently (about 4 batches in as of this post). Still learning - extract brewing for now.
