I am brand new to this hobby. I have canned pickles, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, home made kraut, dillybeans, and stuff. I figure if I can make that, why not beer?
Could anyone steer me into where to buy supplies, best online place, what kind of starter kit to buy?....

If you haven't done it yet, go to this site www.howtobrew.com for a free online homebrewing book.

For supplies, I'd recommend the online retailers Austin Homebrew Supply or Northern Brewer.

If you post your location, forum members in your area might be able to point you in the direction of local suppliers.

Welcome!!
My mother in law cans everything! I've been thinking of getting into it a little bit. Mainly just to make salsa and stuff like that. I wouldn't mind having a small garden on my porch with some peppers, tomatoes, etc. Myabe some Hops, too!
