Finally joined after 14 months of home brewing. Went to all grain in November and have done 17 AG brews since then. So almost 2 a month. My method for now is BIAB 5 gallon batches. I started out doing Mr. Beer and learned the process through their forums. Things about yeast, sanitizing, hops, adjuncts and on and on. Good foundation. I've referred to this wonderful forum on many occasions, learning things and getting awesome recipes. So thank you all for silently being there for me! I will start giving back now...
