I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and just getting around to jumping in. I've gone down several rabbit holes in the name of research and have often ended up at HomeBrewTalk, so I figured what could it hurt? My son and I have been making beer since COVID started. We have been using extract kits up till now, and decided to jump into all grain. We're going to go with BIAB to hopefully have a smaller footprint, minimize equipment, and maybe save money? Funny, right?!?
