Hello from Colorado. I have been reading here for a few months and finaly signed up to contribute. So far I have read great things and also entertained myself by reading all the way through some of the "My way is the right way...duuuuhhhh" threads that get going. I'm sure "tasting" the product plays no role in that

Anyway, I got a Mr. Beer kit for Christmas and instantly became addicted to the craft. Never realized how fun and fulfilling making grain water rot would be. Hope to add to the lively conversation
