live in washington state and have about two years all grain experiance, brewing on a new 1550 10 gal. system this year, I had been brewing on a 5 gal. igloo system which made some damm good beer. I started extract brewing around 1998. I found this sight looking for experiance and help with the 1550, and all grain brewing. Cheers to all
