Hi Everyone, I am a new member from NJ USA. I am new to the hobby, and am looking forward to mining the information and resources of this forum and its members! I was given many home-brewing supplies from a family member and recently made my first attempts at wine. The first batch is 5 gallons of store bought apple juice, and the second is 3 gallons store bought grape mixed with 2 gallons of store bought cranberry juice. I made these 2 days ago, and i'm following Paw-Paws recipe except for the bread yeast, i'm using D-47. Any tips suggestion and comments are more than welcome! Happy to be here!
