I'm sure this has probably been covered before, :mug: but I'm about to use my Sabco brew kettle for the first time and I have a question about cleaning it after use. How far do I have to go as far as cleaning and sanitizing? Do I have to take the ball valve and thermometer off the keg and soak them in sanitizer each time I do a boil or could I just boil some water swish it around and run it out the ball valve along with some sanitizer?

You don't have to sanitize it at all...the boil does that. I clean mine with soapy water after brewing and again before just to get it clean, and I disassemble the valve/bulkhead every 3-4 brews.
