Hey guys. I'm semi-new to winemaking here and figured i'd join a more appropriate forum. (Previously all my fermentations have gone higher in proofing if you know what i mean).

Girlfriend doesn't like the strong stuff so i've been doing a little wine lately. I've been using Jack Keller's site as a guide so far, but want to expand my knowledge. So far i've done the welches frozen concentrate (red and white), an apple wine, and a cinammon wine (which unfortunately stuck). They've all turned out decent and pretty much equal to storebought wine.

Hoping to expand my horizon here. Hope you guys welcome me in and i'm all for easy recipes :mug:

hey man, the two simplest ones I found, actually three but you have already done the Welch's concentrate one though, are on this board here for you...

Edworts apfelwein
Skeeter Pee
& Yoopers Welch's concentrate wine

I'll look up the threads a bit later and post them for you...I've got my batches going away as we speak... :D

Definitely going to try the skeeter-pee. Was looking at it last night, seems very simple and sounds tasty. I'll probably start it over the weekend.
