I am looking to brew something as similar as possible to the New Glarus Cherry Stout. I have searched the forum without coming up with anything. If anyone knows of a clone recipe, or could lead me in the right direction, I would appreciate the help.

Anyone? I want to do the same. I have Roselaere yeast on hand. Not a "roasty" beer..... I am thinking a beer in the 1.040's, dark - but not roasty. Low hops. I also have 48 oz. of Montmorency Cherry Concentrate in the fridge that I will add at secondary.

I am hoping to take a shot at this over the weekend. This beer is crazy good. It is "the" beer that got me drinking sours, and I would like to get in the ballpark of it.
