New from Texas! with some questions...

Howdy,

I am a newbie soon to be home brewer and I have been reading a lot. I have some questions as a result (figured I would ask here rather than start another thread since a search didn't yield much).

What is the best kit online? I have my eye on this one :http://www.midwestsupplies.com/everything-a-carboy-complete-brewing-package-equipment-kit-2.html but was wondering if anyone knew of another of equal or more content with a similar monetary value.

Also, what is the advantage of upgrading to the better bottle fermenter?

that's a very complete kit, the only downside of it is the bottle capper, a table mounted one is better, but that's a debatable subject.

Or just skip the bottling and just go straight to kegging. Welcome Texan.
