Got company coming and will lose the use of my spare bathroom with swamp coolers for fermentation. What yeast/style, besides Saison, lends itself to fermentation temps around 70 deg?
Thanx!! Brew On!!!! :cross:

wlp400/wlp410 are wit yeast 67-74* the 410 is a little sweeter and spicier then the 400.

I've fermented with wlp001 Cali Ale Yeast at 71F before with pretty good results... Aside from that you can go to the White Labs site and look at all of the ale yeasts. Choose one with a high temp range. As mentioned above, lots of Belgian strains will go as high as 73-78F..

Thanks Stauffbier, went on White Labs web site and found just what I needed. Found 2 strains not carried by my LBS.
