Ok everybody, I'm brewing tomorrow and I have no idea what I want to or can brew with the supplies on hand. So I'm looking for ideas. Disclaimer.... I brew one gallon batches, and I used the BIAB method.

So here's what I got on hand

2 Row (pounds and pounds of it)
Honey 1 lb
Biscuit 1 lb
Marris Otter 1 lb
Pale Chocolate 1 lb
Chocolate Malt 1 lb
Flaked Barley about 1 lb

Yeast,
US 05
Danstar American West Coast
I think I have some US 04

Hops,
Cascade
Centt.
Mt. Hood
Mosaic
Cluster
Hallertau
Magnum
Golding
Northern Brewer
Simcoe

someone help me out with a 1 gallon recipe. Ill be checking in a few times before I call it a night. Any help would be great.

Looks like you have the makings of a nice smooth English pale ale.
2lb two row
1lb Maris otter

.50 oz Golding's(30 min)
.50 oz Golding's(5 min)
Us 04 if you can find it.

Use the MO and enough two row to bring it to 6.6 lb, 1/2 lb pale chocolate and the same weight in dark brown sugar in the boil.
Norther brewer at 60
Goldings at 20 and 5
You will get a nice darkish bitter if you aim for 40-45 IBUs total.
US-04 will give it an extra Englishness.
Dry hop with an oz or two of whatever, but NB or Goldings would be best OR Hallertau for a more delicate dry hop aroma
