Need help with hop schedule, subs?

I weighed and mixed all the grain for bm's centennial blonde, then found out im out of centennial and cascade hops. Could anyone come up with a hop schedule for me with what i have on hand. the lhbs is closed tomorrow so thats out. i have

1oz nugget
1oz saaz
1oz styrian goldings
1oz willamette
2oz kent goldings
2oz crystal
1/2oz northern brewer

Please help as i dont know much about recipe formulation yet? Thanks

unfortunately, none of those are really a suitable sub for centennial or cascade. however, most would make a more than suitable beer. take a look thru these and just go with what sounds most appealing to you:

I'd prolly go with williamette and nugget, keep it american-ish.

I'd go willamette then the kent goldings then the styrian for the finish for a generally british theme, or maybe just go with the NB and saaz for something continental.
