Need a recipe for my wedding next June. Any ideas?

So, I'm getting married next June, which is about 9 months away. I think it would be really cool to be able to serve a few things that I've brewed and also give out a few bottles as presents. I'm doing a Shraz kit (her favorite wine), but would love to add a mead as well.

That being said, any suggestions for a good, solid mead that would be ready in about 9 months? I'm a fairly new brewer, but Im always up for a challenge.

Congrats! Maybe a sparkling traditional mead for your toast. Bottle it in champagne bottles with stoppers ( unless you have a floor corker ) condition upright so the yeast stays on the bottom.

My favorite that I've made is a traditional aged with a medium plus oak spiral.
