Here are pictures of what I came up with for mounting a switch to control the March Pump on a Top Tier. I thought others that have the Blichmann Top Tier might want to consider this idea if they are planning on mounting a switch to the stand.
This differs from the other pics I've seen in that you don't have to run electrical cords up the center post. It think it is a cleaner look.
I cut a section out of the cord that comes with the March Pump and also used the plug from that cord.
Also, I used the existing hole in the Top Tier Shelf to attach the switch box to the shelf bracket.
