My logo/label contructive criticism thread

I built this logo/label from an existing avatar and screen name that I've used for several years and was wondering if anyone with more artistic sense then I have (doesn't take much trust me) would mind offering suggestions for improvements to make.

I think the location is a little close to the graphic. Maybe move it uner the founding date and slide the graphic to the right a hair. Make the dynamite stack extend down to the front hand maybe?

I would put the text in a more animated, bold font. It would give it a bit more of a professional look.

I just threw this together to play with a font, this font can be found here: http://www.dafont.com/search.php?psize=m&q=flames along with thousands of others. just put your logo in the middle

Some changes based on suggestions and things I saw in doing those, but it may be tough competition with HawksGirl's creation
