I'm new to home brewing, however I've been researching for a couple years because I don't want to extract brew I want to just dive in and go all grain I'll update this thread as my projects grow :) Hope you like them.

My Keg equipment.. A 5 gal corny keg, hoses, regulators, cold plate... All for a grand total of $30 :)

Funny how there are so many ways to skin a cat, per se. I was all set on a keg cutting jig ala Bobby, but when I finally got around to it - 20min, 3 cutting wheels, and using the blade guard to set the distance and I had 3 perfectly good keggles. Love the jigs, but not sure how necessary they are. Someone had a post where they also used them to cut false bottoms (3/32 holed SS) - now that's planning ahead. Looking good no matter how you seal the deal!

Haha those are SWMBO's "fixed" birkenstocks.. as for the NI, it is so I know input vs. output. Its just upside down. I eventually will put a a nice engraved plate to place it

Nice dude. Kind of like how I started. Built all the peripheral crap without ever having brewed.
Totally worth it though.

Nice work
I'm in the middle of building mine, your box for the STC controller gave me the answer of how to mount mine, lots of off cuts leftover. Keep up the good work

I built my sixth stirplate today. I am working out the problems with the magnet placement and the speed control. I had to take apart the 2x2 fan and rewire it. I used super glue and electrical tape LOL. I think I may keep three at my house. one battery and 2 corded.
