The batch is already in a keg and carbonated. How do I add hop bitterness to it now? Boil hop with water and add it? If so, how long? Do I have other options like hop extract...? Thank you.

Take 1/2 ounce of high AA hops and boil in a pint of water for an hour. Strain, cool & add. Don't let it burn.

Hi David, what about hop extract? Any pros and cons?

I still have about 2 oz of hop in my freezer, just a bit old. Thanks.
