Here is a recipe for a Munich Dunkel that I came up with. What do you guys think? There is no dark munich malt around hence the Carafa.
10 gallon batch
OG: 1.056
FG: 1.013
IBU: 22
SRM: 19
23.5 lb. Munich 10L 94%
1 lb. Caramunich 50L 4%
.75 lb. Carafa I 320L 2%
3 oz. Hersbrucker Hallertau 4% 60 min. 19 IBU
1 oz. Hersbrucker Hallertau 4% 15 min. 3 IBU
