Hey I don't have any Bottles, and will not have a free keg by the time my beer should be done, can I just keep it in the Secondary until I free up a Keg? Or will the Beer dry out like my cider.

Yes, keeping it in secondary longer is fine - beneficial in most cases actually. It shouldn't dry out any more than normal just because it aged a couple of weeks. Cider comes out dry because it's more fermentable than beer wort.

thanks. The cider is going fast anyway, ill have the keg drained and clean by the end of the month

I know some folks will secondary for many months (up to a year for really high gravity stuff). It shouldn't hurt anything keeping it there until you have the keg space freed up.
