I have ten pounds of 2row, 1 lb of Munich, some carapils, roasted barley, Caracas, chocolate malt, flaked oat, and dark candi sugar for fermentables. I have cascade, centennial, chinook, and Target hops. I will be using notty yeast.

My challenge to you is to help me create a good tasting beer by Saturday brew day.

0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 17.7 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (20 min) Hops 5.4 IBU
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (15 min) Hops 8.0 IBU
0.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (10 min) Hops 5.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (10 min) Hops 3.2 IBU

Est Original Gravity 1.054 SG (70% efficiency)
40 IBU's (want more use some Chinook at 60)
