Mash and Sparge Water in HLT

While using Bru'n Water, the sparge acidification and mineral addition has a different amount to add than the mash acid/mineral addition. If the water for the sparge and mash come from the same HLT how can you account for the different amounts that are supposed to be added?
 
I account by cooking up my strike water in my HLT while my sparge water is warming in my BK.
After dough-in I use a couple minutes of the idle time to pump the BK to the HLT...
