Best way, go on to UPS or Fedex website and create a shipping label and print it off. One of the questions is "what are you shipping?"...I usually put down hot sauce or snow globes. This way if they hear any sloshing, it's not unusual. Then when you drop off at a shipping location, when it's already labeled, they don't ask anything. Competitive brewers have been doing this for years to send beers to comps around the country.
Sounds like you're just looking for some reassurance. Just browse a few pages or so of this thread: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/what-came-in-the-mail-for-you-today.337763/...Probably 1/3-1/2 of the pictures are of beers that folk on here have shared via delivery. It's frequently done and not a big deal..at least I've never read anyone on here report any problems.
