Magnum vs target for bittering

I am planning on brewing an English ipa that called for Target for bittering and ekg for aroma. Any issues if I sub magnum for the bittering? I will take into account the ibus. Even thinking about a fwh to smooth it out a bit.
 
I use Magnum for bittering sometimes, its got a 'clean' bittering profile, not much aroma or flavor outside the bittering when you use it at 60 minutes. I think substituting it for a 60 minute or FWH addition would be fine.
