Lurker finally joined from Philly sub-burb

Hi all,
Thanks for all the great info on here. I just started brewing 2 months ago and have already done a few recipes on here.
I shop at Keystone Homebrew for anyone in the Lansdale area.

So far I have done

IPA : fermented 2 weeks, bottled two weeks: tasting notes: alcoholy taste or yeasty : not very good yet, hoping it will get better

Blueberry wheat: awesome!

Apfelwein : 2 mo in primary still
Graf: (1 mo in primary so far)

So anyway glad to be here, any ideas for the next brew!?

Looks like you are interested in fermenting a variety of beverages. You should fit right in here.
