Any small business owners here? I am running a restaurant service and now planning to implement a better logistic solution. I need advice on this matter. Please share your comments on this matter. As of mow around 15% percentage of profit goes for logistic activities.

first of all , how can we improve the home delivery system in an efficient way? I know big dealers are using some kind of automated solutions for this. Do you know how they are managing bulk orders?
I don't know how to do that. we are trying to improve our home delivery for our restaurant business.

What are you home delivering?? Is your location California or Canada? 15% doesn't seem horrible. Are you making money now? What is your target percentage? What changed that you want to reduce the cost of logistics on your super vague business?
