I'm so looking forward to this weekend.
It's supposed to be pretty out. I'm gonna fire up the smoker. I've slathered and rubbed 2 butts and a brisket. They're sitting in the fridge just waiting to go on the smoker.

And it's my birthday...It will be the oldest I've ever been.
