For my raspberry wine I'm seeing this very light cloud sitting on top of the lees that lift up whenever you even slightly move the secondary.
Is there any magic or additive that will make this settle better so that I don't rack it into the next secondary?
Add Bentonite? Something else? Something that wouldn't effect the taste or body?
