Trust me, there's beer in there.....Yooper's Oat Stout.

My first batch in the new conical......can't stop staring at it. :)

Octoberfest, brewed at the end of January, still sitting in the secondary... Boy has it gotten clear :)

American Wheat 10 gallon BIAB spit between two fermenters :)

What a terrible problem I have right now, over 15 gallons of beer and no empty fermenters...

Thought I would unbox the kids tonight to get a sneak peek before kegging this coming Saturday.

I made two good Craigs List scores today. I picked up five Ball Lock kegs for 125.00. One 4 port Manifold for 20 bucks, Keg washer for 10 bucks, and four near-new 6.5 gallon glass carboys for 70 bucks.

Overall a good day.

Here's a full boat of fermenters for the month of August. Left: Base Apple Cider for a shot at a Vandermill Totally Roasted Clone. Middle: HBC 342 Blonde APA. The blowoff is going berzerk on that. Must not be enough headspace. Right: Citra Blonde APA.

And here's a Unicorn Blood Lite that I just bottled. Super tart and tasty!

Here's what my 12-Gallon batches, split into three fermentors (6G plus 2x 3G) look like. This one is Magic Hat #9 clone (Pale Ale with Apricot) as well as two hoppy pale ales (dry-hopped with different hops, probably Amarillo and Mosaic or Pacific Jade).

Nothing fancy here...just 35+ gallons bubbling away. Still putting together my firm chambers. But this concrete floor and cool room has always worked except during a 90 degree heat wave...which only last a couple weeks around here.

some berlinerweisse aging on canned mango
Blonde aging on some canned peaches (seeing if canned fruit works as i've heard mixed results)
Extra wort i had from a 10 gallon BIAB of berlinerweisse, tossed all my old yeast packs with bugs into it (i think it was 7 different tubes and packs) took off and ended within 2 days, was only at 1.030
10 gallons of berlinerweisse sour worting, should be boiling that tonight
5 gallons of a base for a "malt beverage" with koolaid in the mini fridge behind it.

I'm fairly new to brewing and want to learn the differences in base malts, so I'm doing a bunch of 1 gallon SMaSH's. The one on the left is German Munich and the one on the right is F.M. Bohemian pilsner.
