Lemongrass Ginger Ale

I'm brewing this beer here, and the directions state to add the lemongrass during the last 15 minutes of the boil. My question is, and the directions don't state, but when I move to the fermenter should I scoop out the lemongrass and add to the fermenter too? They obviously won't come with when I siphon.

I would say no. If it says to use last 15 mins of boil then you have gotten all the use from it IMO.
