Hey all,
Very Noob question for a very noob kegger. Last night I kegged a batch of brew for the first time using a ball-lock corny. The beer had been in the fridge over night so it was arounf 40 F. I cranked the pressure to 30 psi and purged the remaining air out through the keg'd relief. I then put the keg on my lap and shook the crap out of it and repeated this cycle 4 or 5 times. I then I put the beer and CO2 tank in the fridge and turned the pressure down to 8 or so psi and came back an hour later to check for leaks with star-san water. No leaks detected anywhere except for on the Regulator's relief. Should I be seeing leakage there?? Let me know what you all think. Thank you in advance!
