This beer is awesome!:rockin: I've never had a beer that tasted anywhere close to this. Does anybody have any pointers for this beer? Their website shares minimal info on this beer:
"Laughing SKull is a full flavored Amber Ale with a crisp, clean finish. Medium body, moderate hop aroma, light roasted malt flavor."
I emailed Red Brick Brewing Company requesting ideas of how to replicate this beer.
My starting guess for the grain bill would be:
75% 2 row
15% Biscuit
10% crystal 40
Not too sure on the hops. I dont detect any identifying hop flavors nor aromas.
The yeast is probably American Ale or an English Ale fermented on the cool side.
