So, today was bottling day for my Festive Summer Glory, reaching into the box for the priming sugar there alongside it was a packet of hops. Yep, forgot to put them in. So I’ve pitched them but how will this brew turn out? How long should I wait for bottling and do I need to raise the temperature as I’ve crash cold for the past two days?

Any advice will be appreciated.

So if they were for dry hopping, I would let them sit for a few days at room temp before kegging. Maybe 3-4 days, cold crash again, transfer to keg, obviously leaving behind the hop material.
