Label Making???

What are some free ways i can make labels on my computer dose anyone have any templetes for Microsoft Word or anything similiar?

A lot of us use GIMP. It's a free package much like Photoshop. Other's use Illustrator. Also free.

I use inkscape and gimp to create my labels. Both are freeware.

How do you guys print your labels? I can't imagine an inkjet would work as the bottle sweat would cause everything to run. Color laser?

Yep. Color laser. Inkjet is not worth the time.

Some homebrewing suppliers sell label making paper that is pre-gummed. If you buy regular office store label paper, it can be a huge mess when you want to remove them again. Check out some of the HBT vendors for the paper. I know at least Midwest has it, and it's cheap.
