This is my first AG batch
The batch was put into fermenter about 8pm last night and is currently showing signs of active (though not particularly vigorous) fermentation. This thing has a really crazy looking krausen on the top of it. I've come to the understanding that different yeasts do different things (and different krausen is part of that), so is that what I'm witnessing?
