I know there are keto-friendly wines for purchase: anyone know anything about home-brewing this specialty wine?

What makes a wine "keto-friendly"? There is typically very little protein in wine and the carbohydrates are all relatively simple sugars that the yeast transform into CO2 gas and ethanol.

Let it fully ferment and don't sweeten it.

The large majority of wines on the market are dry and therefore keto-friendly. It's not any kind of specialty product.

I guess that that is pretty much the same as marketing honey as cholesterol free or hens eggs as antibiotic free (an FDA requirement). Some marketers must think we are all drooling idiots.
