I know there are keto-friendly wines for purchase: anyone know anything about home-brewing this specialty wine?

What makes a wine "keto-friendly"? There is typically very little protein in wine and the carbohydrates are all relatively simple sugars that the yeast transform into CO2 gas and ethanol.

Let it fully ferment and don't sweeten it.

The large majority of wines on the market are dry and therefore keto-friendly. It's not any kind of specialty product.

Exactly. I said that the marketers THINK that we drool... but I noticed that you quite .. um... pointedly... did not deny the validity of their assumption that we are all idiots. I, sir, do dismiss that presumption.

Individuals can be smart, but people are idiots. Everyone has their moments at times, on both ends lol.
