Recently participated in a HomeBrew competition and was knocked down for oxidation presumably on cold side. I usually ferment now in sanke kegs and use a siphon /gravity feed into another sanke.

can anyone suggest better ways to move my beer? I’m using just a standard number 10 cap on my sanke when fermenting and I’m fairly confident I’m not getting oxidation during my fermenting process.

I see plenty of examples of how to transfer under pressure with a corny keg but not a lot for sankes.

thanks all!
