I am just getting into kegging. I have the stuff coming that I need to do it. My question is can I put my finished beer in the keg for a bit to age and force Carb it later when stuff gets here and I can hook it up
While it would be best to be able to briefly hook up the CO2 to be able to purge any oxygen out of the headspace, and make sure the lid seals, its not absolutley necessary...
