Brewers,

I recently purchased a kegerator. Do you place the CO2 tank inside the kegerator or outside? What are the reasons for either? Thanks.

Either way works. Some folks like to put their tanks and regs in their kegerator/keezer for neatness, some don't have the internal space, and others would rather have all that outside the cold/often wet environment.

I have two CO2 systems, one for my 6-faucet keezer and the other for a carbonation/cold holding fridge, both have the tanks and regs external. "Neatness" isn't a major factor for me - my two beer fridges and keezer are all in the "brewery" area of the house - and I prefer to be able to check the regs without having to open anything...

Cheers!
