Hi All,

I am getting back into home brewing after about a 5 year hiatus. My son is in college and wants to learn how to make beer now. My buddy and I brewed over 400 gallons one year, but I would not consider myself a brewing wizard by any means. I quit due to kid sports eating up my spare time and tiring of the bottling process. I've never been on a homebrewer's forum before and I am out of practice!

With your son in college, this would be a great time to get back into the hobby! Personally, I started kegging to avoid the bottling, but a lot of folks here also have modified their process to make bottling less of a head ache.

Poke around the forums...lots of good info...and of course, don't be afraid to ask if you don't see what you're looking for! :D
