Hello everybody!

Decided to join up to check out all the awesome recipes people come up with and the information.
Broke my finger so while I was out of work a month and a half I've been brewing all kinds of beer, mead, and wine. It has been a great hobby for both myself and my wife and we just want to do more.

So far we've made wines out of various fruit concentrate and fresh fruit; a cherry lime being quite a pleasant surprise. We also did a blackberry mead.
As for beer, we just bottled a Bavarian Hefeweizen using a NB brewer kit, have a chocalate milk stout about a week out before 2nd fermentation.

In about 2 days we are also going to do a English IPA , but thinking of adding fresh blueberries to the secondary. We think IPA are a lil to bitter so thought blueberries would sweeten the deal. Any thoughts or ideas?

I like ipas.Never thought of a blueberry ipa,if you do it post how it comes out.
