I have two 50' Stainless Steel coils that leak where it connects with the shanks. What do you guys think could be the cause? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

most likely a loose fitting or a distorted/torn seal. I don't know exactly how yours attaches to the shank but those are the most likely causes.

I would disassemble the connection and inspect the o-rings/seals then carefully reassemble using keg lube on the rubber bits.
 
I went to my local Homebrew shop and changed up all my seals and now we are in business! Wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be. Thanks! :)
