Is what's available to me at my LHBS the same as what's required for the recipe?

I have a recipe for a Dunkelweisen that calls for the following:

Grains
4oz Belgian Aromatic
8oz Belgian CaraMunich
4ox Belgian Special B

Extract
1lb light DME
6lb Wheat Extract

in looking on my LHBS's website, they have

Grains
Aromatic Malt 20 L (Belgian)
Caramunich 70 L (Belgian)
Special B 180 L (Belgian)

Extract
Wheat Malt (60% wheat 40% malt) (1 lb) $6 a pound!
Munton's Wheat Dried Malt Extract (65% wheat 35% malt) (3 lb) $16 for 3 lbs
Coopers Light Dried Malt Extract (3 lb) $15 for 3 lbs

SO, as far as my n00b brain can tell, I should be ok, but I'm confused about the weat extracts. Would one be better than the other based on the wheat% to malt %?.

Looks all good to me.
The differences between the two wheat DMEs is not enough to notice, as far as percentages. However they may be other differences in fermentability and processing from one brand of DME to another. If you've been pleased with one brand or the other before then you should be fine using that same one again. Or you can try the other brand to see if it improves. Either way you should get something very close to recipes intention.

ok so the LHBS has no Wheat LME in stock, but they do have the 3lb bags of the wheat DME as well as the light DME.

Is there a conversion factor when going from lbs of LME to lbs Of DME?

also, is there any concern with brewing with all DME?

generally:

1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME

i don't see why there would be a concern with brewing just using DME.

it just acts a little different than LME. LME can scorch on the bottom and DME likes to clump up.

both of them do a bit of carmelization no matter how much you stir.

DME stores better for longer.

i was a DME advocate for a long time. i use both pretty regularly now with my PM brews.
